MOU Signing Ceremony between MedAsia Healthcare Complex and Bangkok Smile Dental Group (BSDG) |

On 25th May 2012, Ms. Rujira Phantham, Head of Operations of Bangkok Smile Dental Group signed MOU with Mr. Danai Samapunphong, Vice President of MedAsia Asset Co., Ltd., who developed an Advanced Medical Complex in the Central Business District (CBD) on Sukhumvit Road - Bangkok called "MedAsia Healthcare Complex" located at Sukhumvit 5. This is a 14- storey building which includes business centers and conference rooms.
Ms. Rujira Phantham said, "In 2012 - 2013, it is the 10th Anniversary of Bangkok Smile Dental Group. We are planning to open our 7th branch of dental clinic at Bangkok for a new market that consists of Arabic tourists and Expats here in Thailand. Our Board of Management decided to rent the space of 217 square meters to build MedAsia Healthcare Complex at Sukhumvit 5 for our new branch.
This project focuses more on International Market which are led by professionals whose experiences are managing and leading the medical tourism for more than 6 years. The project’s facilities also provide the integrative functions including the patients’ database management, appointment arrangement, and database warehouse called Intelligent Point of Service (IPOS) to provide fast and excellent service to patients.
Bangkok Smile Dental Group management decided to sign an agreement with MOU to rent a long term lease for 9 years time period. Our new dental clinic will be having a grand opening this July 2013.
This dental clinic provides more sophisticated equipment and world class facilities to our prospective patients in local and international business. The market’s target is to capture the ratio of 70:30 Foreign Nationals over Thai patients. We are planning to invest at least 10 million Thai Baht to this project. Our ISO in-house dental laboratory service will provide an overnight service to our prospective patients who have limited stay here in Bangkok. We are confident that all patients visiting our dental clinic receive quality dental services from our specialists and have one of a kind experience with our well communicating, understanding and hospitable staffs leaving an impression of professionalism and quality care to the patients. |
